Who do you speak with when you have questions about DEIJ or are uncertain about how to respond to a situation?
There are a wealth of DEIJ practitioners out there, myself included, and DEIJ can be approached in many different ways.
So I decided to start ‘DEIJ Hot Takes’.
In this bite-size podcast, I will connect with a diverse range of DEIJ practitioners and explore their unique ‘Hot Take’ that guides their work.
Each short ~12 minute episode will provide a ‘Hot Take’ as an entry point leading to actionable takeaways and points for further learning to broaden your understanding of DEIJ approaches.
You might even identify someone who you could collaborate with to support your community or develop your own DEIJ approaches!

I am particularly interested in expanding my reach to ensure marginalised voices from the MENA, Central Asian, Southern African, Latin American, Eastern European, and Caribbean regions (and more) and underrepresented identities are present across the series. I am doing my own systemic tracking and international outreach, but I greatly appreciate community support for Indigenous voices.
