NEASC Visit Recap: Institut de Lancy, Geneva, Nov 2025

Written by

So my final New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) visit of the year wrapped up last week and it was a heck of an adventure!

I have had a blast on all my visits so it was only a matter of time before I faced some hiccups! Between last minute team changes and lost luggage, this visit required commitment from the whole team. I got a real sense of resolve of the people who commit themselves to supporting schools through New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) visits and still found the excitement and enjoyment of supporting a school on their learning journey to be as rewarding as always.

A huge shout out to John Creeden who stepped up at short notice to chair the team, and thank you to the whole team, John, J Courtney Lowe, Ed.D. and Ashley Shafer – van der Meer for another wonderful experience and sharing of their rich expertise.

Thank you to the Institut International de Lancy – IIL and Tania McMahon for their hosting and organisation.

A bit of a shorter recap than usual as I am currently rushing this out before flying to Boston for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) 2025 Leadership Conference. I hope to see some of you there!
